When coming to work with ShowtimeSkoot, it is best to have an understanding of basic training principles. This understanding will make it easier for us to communicate. Your goal is my priority. My mission is to keep your online program/plan up to date so we can produce constant results during our journey together.
Online Coaching: During your online coaching cycle, you will have unlimited email access to me. This will be our main form of communication. I will track your progress through email or video chat for the most part. Once we establish a plan that is suited for you, it is your responsibility to execute. I will be tracking your progress through a series of progress photos and/or videos.

Complete nutrition recommendations based upon your goal. Changes can be made as much as needed at no additional charge.

Training Recommendations based on your current physique. This will include exercises, volume, and frequency.
Progress photos and/or videos will have a recurring due date….EXAMPLE: progress photos will be due every Saturday. Photos are to be taken on the due date, between the hours of 6am and 10am. Photos are to be sent with weight, this way I know what needs to be adjusted. Once the due date and time is set, it is your responsibility to check-in. I should not and will not chase you.
